Meghan was born in Mount Kisco, New York, and raised along the West Coast before landing in Buffalo for high school and college. Her childhood unfolded across San Francisco and Portland, shaped by a family that lived by grit and grace. Her dad worked in print advertising—from Madison Avenue to the Bay Area and beyond—while her mom built relationships and trust in customer service roles.

Together, they taught Meghan that hard work matters most when it’s in service of something larger than yourself.

After earning a degree in textile technology and merchandising from Buffalo State, she spent over 15 years helping startups scale into household names. At companies like S’well, Gainful, and Casper, Meghan translated great products into national stories—driving multimillion-dollar growth and landing placements at Target, Amazon, Walmart, and QVC.

She built systems, negotiated broker deals, refined supply chains, and shaped consumer narratives rooted in value and trust. Brands under her leadership expanded by 140%, achieved 35% year-over-year growth, and earned top-tier shelf space.

Still, Meghan wanted more than the next product launch. In 2025, as she completed her CORe business certificate through Harvard Business School Online, she stepped into her next chapter: leadership.
